The Talk2Me Private Network Platform Manager allows authorized private-network administrators to view and manage supported network groups, radios, users, and account information.
Platform Manager is separate from the Talk2Me Support Center. Your Platform Manager account name and password may be different from the credentials used to submit or track support tickets.
Private-network customers should select Company on the login screen. The Agent option is not intended for normal customer administrator access.

Open Platform Manager
Visit:
Open the Talk2Me Private Network Platform Manager
Before entering credentials, confirm that the browser address begins with:
https://manager.talk2me.us/
Do not enter credentials on a page using a different domain. Manually type the official address when a link or saved bookmark appears suspicious.
Choose the Company Login
The login screen may display two options:
- Agent
- Company
Private-network customers and authorized customer administrators should select Company before entering login information.
Selecting the wrong login type may cause the account to be rejected even when the account name and password are correct.
- Open the Platform Manager login page.
- Select Company.
- Enter the company account name provided for your private network.
- Enter your Platform Manager password.
- Select Login.
- Allow the platform time to load the company profile, groups, radios, and available management tools.
Remember Account
The Remember Account option may save the account name for a future visit.
Do not use this option on:
- A public computer
- A shared workplace computer
- A borrowed device
- A device not protected by a secure login
This option should not be treated as a substitute for a password manager or appropriate account-security practices.
After Signing In
After a successful login:
- The company or account name should appear near the upper-right corner.
- The User Profile page may appear by default.
- The left navigation menu should display the tools available to the account.
- A refresh control may be available to reload platform information.
Available sections may include:
- User Profile
- My Group
- Group List
- Create Group
- My User
- User List
- Records or other enabled services
The exact options depend on the private network, enabled services, and administrator permissions. Not every account will display every section.
Your Platform Manager Account Is Not Your Radio Username
Use the company account name assigned to the private network.
Do not enter:
- A radio username
- A radio IMEI
- Your Talk2Me Support Center email or password
- Another employee’s, administrator’s, or family member’s account
- The private-network display name unless Talk2Me confirmed that it is also the login account name
A radio may communicate through the private network without the radio user having Platform Manager administrator access.
Change Your Platform Manager Password
When your account provides the supported password-reset option:
- Sign in to Platform Manager.
- Select User Profile from the left menu.
- Locate Login Password.
- Select Reset.
- Enter the new password.
- Select Save.
- Confirm that a successful password-reset message appears.
- Sign out and sign back in with the new password when verification is needed.
Choose a secure password
Use a unique password that is not shared with your email, store account, Support Center account, Wi-Fi network, or another website.
Do not share the Platform Manager password with users who do not require administrator access.
When You Cannot Sign In
Confirm that:
- Company is selected instead of Agent.
- The account name is entered exactly as provided.
- The password uses the correct capitalization.
- No extra spaces appear before or after the account name or password.
- You are using credentials assigned to the correct private network.
- The browser has a working internet connection.
- The account has not been replaced, suspended, or reassigned.
- Caps Lock is not causing an incorrect password.
Browser troubleshooting
- Refresh the login page.
- Close the browser and open the page again.
- Try a private or incognito window.
- Use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
- Clear saved site data for manager.talk2me.us.
- Temporarily disable browser extensions that may block scripts or cookies.
- Try another device or internet connection.
- Manually enter the full address: https://manager.talk2me.us/#/login
Do not repeatedly guess passwords. Repeated failed attempts may complicate access or make it harder to determine whether the account name or password is incorrect.
Saved credentials are incorrect
A browser or password manager may automatically insert an old account name or password.
- Delete the autofilled account name and password.
- Enter both values manually.
- Confirm that the account belongs to the correct private network.
- Update or remove the outdated saved credential after successful login.
Signed In, but the Network, Groups, or Radios Are Missing
A successful login does not guarantee that the expected network information is assigned to that account.
This may occur when:
- The wrong company account was used.
- The radio has not been added to the private network.
- The radio appears under a different username.
- Group or user permissions were changed.
- A recent platform change has not refreshed.
- The private network is still being configured.
- The account has limited administrator permissions.
- The radio was transferred, suspended, removed, or replaced.
- Select the available refresh control.
- Confirm the company name shown near the upper-right corner.
- Search User List by username or IMEI when that option is available.
- Sign out.
- Close the browser.
- Sign back in using the correct company account.
Do not create a duplicate radio user to correct a missing assignment unless Talk2Me confirms that this is the appropriate action.
How to Sign Out
- Locate the company or account name in the upper-right corner.
- Select the drop-down arrow beside the name.
- Select Logout.
- Confirm that the login page appears.
- Close the browser when using a shared device.
Signing out is especially important on shared, public, or borrowed computers.
