Some Talk2Me products and services involve recurring billing, renewable service periods, or time-based access. A physical radio purchase, cellular SIM plan, private-network service, platform membership, and optional feature may each be managed or billed separately.
Canceling, returning, selling, or no longer using a radio does not automatically cancel every service associated with it. Customers should review each applicable subscription or service separately.
Before canceling anything, identify exactly what is being billed. Review the original order, renewal confirmation, invoice, payment description, radio IMEI, and SIM ICCID so the correct service can be located without affecting services you intend to keep.

| Fusion SIM or cellular service | SIM Cards & Connectivity |

Common Recurring or Time-Based Services
Depending on the customer’s purchase and configuration, recurring or renewable services may include:
- Fusion cellular-data service
- Private-network service
- PRS Gold or another paid platform membership
- Optional GPS or SOS services where available
- Dispatcher or management services
- Additional platform accounts or licenses
- Other cellular, digital, or account services
Not every customer has every service.
Review the original order, renewal confirmation, invoice, or payment description to identify which service is being billed.
Hardware and Services Are Separate
A Talk2Me radio is physical hardware. The radio may also use one or more separately managed services, such as:
- Cellular data
- PRS
- CRS when available and assigned
- HamLink
- A private network
- Optional platform features
- Recurring subscriptions
Returning, selling, replacing, or no longer using the physical radio does not automatically:
- Cancel cellular service
- Stop SIM auto-renewal
- Cancel a private network
- End a paid platform membership
- Remove optional services
- Stop provider-managed billing
- Transfer service to another radio
Do not assume a hardware return canceled the associated services. When a radio is returned, replaced, sold, or transferred, review each active subscription and account separately.
Fusion SIM Renewals
Talk2Me radios may include an initial period of Fusion cellular-data service. When the included service period ends, continued cellular connectivity generally requires a paid renewal.
The first paid renewal may establish a recurring subscription. Later renewal payments may then process automatically until the subscription is canceled.
Review the plan, price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and customer information shown at checkout before completing payment.
For qualifying Talk2Me Fusion SIM service, use the official Fusion SIM renewal page.
What Happens When SIM Service Is Not Renewed?
When cellular SIM service expires or is suspended:
- Cellular data stops.
- The radio may display Offline or No Service.
- PRS, CRS when available and assigned, HamLink, and private-network communication may stop over cellular.
- Cellular push-to-talk communication becomes unavailable.
- The physical radio remains owned by the customer.
- Other separately supported functions may remain available.
A compatible radio may continue reaching Talk2Me platforms through Wi-Fi when:
- The radio supports Wi-Fi.
- A working Wi-Fi connection is available.
- The applicable platform account remains active.
- The correct network or platform and group are selected.
Wi-Fi does not renew or reactivate the cellular SIM.
Canceling a Fusion SIM Subscription
To request cancellation of future Fusion SIM billing:
- Locate the Fusion renewal or subscription confirmation.
- Identify the customer name, subscription email address, SIM ICCID, and radio IMEI.
- Review the confirmation for an account-management or cancellation option.
- Use the available provider cancellation process when one is shown.
- Submit a SIM Cards & Connectivity request when assistance is needed.
- Request cancellation before the next renewal date.
- Save the cancellation confirmation.
Include:
- Customer name
- Email used for the subscription
- Radio model
- Radio IMEI
- Fusion SIM ICCID
- Renewal order number
- Approximate next billing date
- Reason for cancellation
Do not include a complete payment-card number or card security code.
Cancellation Stops Future Billing
Canceling a recurring subscription generally stops future renewal charges.
Cancellation does not normally create a refund for the current paid period. Unless the service is suspended or terminated for another reason, access may continue through the end of the already-paid service term.
For example, canceling an annual SIM subscription generally prevents the next annual renewal but does not end or refund the unused portion of the current year.
No prorated refunds
Subscription and digital-service payments are generally not prorated.
A customer who cancels before the end of the paid period does not normally receive a refund for unused days or months.
This generally applies to:
- Cellular service
- Digital memberships
- Platform subscriptions
- Private-network service
- Optional digital features
- Other activated service periods
Contact support when you believe a charge resulted from a billing error, duplicate payment, unauthorized renewal, service that was never activated, or another exceptional circumstance requiring review.
Cancel Before the Renewal Date
Submit cancellation requests before the next scheduled billing date.
Waiting until the renewal date may allow the payment provider to begin processing the next charge.
To reduce the chance of an unintended renewal:
- Review renewal reminders.
- Confirm the next billing date.
- Submit cancellation early.
- Keep written confirmation.
- Review the payment account after cancellation.
- Do not assume that returning the radio canceled the service.
A cancellation request submitted after a renewal has processed may require a separate billing review.
Renewal Reminders
Customers may receive renewal notices by:
- Text message
- Provider account notification
- Other available contact methods
Keep account contact information current so renewal notices are received.
Failure to receive or notice a reminder does not necessarily cancel renewal terms accepted when the subscription was created.
Check:
- Spam or junk folders
- Promotions folders
- Filtered messages
- Old email addresses
- Telephone numbers associated with the account
Private-Network Service
Private-network customers may have recurring service associated with:
- Network hosting
- Platform accounts or licenses
- Radio accounts
- Platform Manager access
- Optional dispatcher tools
- GPS, SOS, or management features where applicable
- Additional groups or services
Canceling private-network service may affect every radio assigned to that network.
Before requesting cancellation, consider:
- Number of radios affected
- Whether the radios also use PRS, CRS when available and assigned, or HamLink
- Whether SIM service should remain active
- Whether the network should be suspended or permanently closed
- Whether records or usernames must be preserved
- Whether another administrator is taking responsibility
- Whether radios will be reassigned
Submit a Private Network Support request for assistance with private-network service changes.
Canceling a private network
Include:
- Private-network name
- Customer or company name
- Authorized contact
- Platform Manager account email
- Number of radios
- Requested cancellation date
- Reason for cancellation
- Whether the radios will remain in use
- Whether SIM service should continue
- Whether radios need to be moved to another network
- Whether another Talk2Me platform should remain active
Talk2Me may verify that the requester is authorized to close or materially change the network.
Do not delete groups, suspend every user, or overwrite radio accounts as a substitute for properly canceling private-network service.
PRS, CRS & HamLink Access
PRS, CRS, HamLink, and other platform services may have different purchase, access, membership, or renewal terms.
Canceling one platform does not automatically remove another platform from the radio.
A radio may have separate access to:
- PRS
- CRS when available and assigned
- HamLink
- A private network
- Another assigned service
Specify exactly which platform or service should be canceled or reviewed.
Use PRS, CRS & HamLink Support for shared-platform access questions and Private Network Support for private-network service.
Optional Services
Depending on the radio, network, and customer configuration, optional services may include:
- GPS tracking
- SOS alerts
- Dispatcher access
- Recording
- Monitoring
- Additional management tools
- Additional licenses
The presence of a feature in a radio or Platform Manager menu does not necessarily mean it is active or separately billed.
When canceling an optional service, provide:
- Radio IMEI
- Current username
- Private-network name, when applicable
- Feature being canceled
- Requested cancellation date
- Whether the base radio or network service should remain active
Canceled Service Still Appears on the Radio
A canceled or expired service may remain visible temporarily in a radio menu or Platform Manager.
The menu entry does not always mean the service remains active or billable.
After cancellation:
- Save the cancellation confirmation.
- Restart the radio.
- Allow time for the account to synchronize.
- Refresh Platform Manager when applicable.
- Confirm whether the service actually functions.
- Contact support if the feature remains active beyond the confirmed service end date.
Do not factory-reset the radio to remove a service listing.
Canceling Because the Radio Was Sold or Transferred
Before selling or transferring a radio:
- Cancel or transfer applicable subscriptions.
- Remove or suspend private-network access as appropriate.
- Review PRS, CRS when available and assigned, or HamLink access.
- Report the ownership change when account reassignment is needed.
- Review the cellular SIM account.
- Remove unnecessary personal or company information.
- Confirm whether the SIM should remain with the radio.
- Confirm whether the username should be changed.
Do not give the new owner your:
- Customer-account password
- Platform Manager password
- Fusion account credentials
- Support Center password
- Payment information
Submit the appropriate support request so Talk2Me can review the radio IMEI, account assignments, and platform access.
Canceling Because a Radio Was Lost or Stolen
Contact Talk2Me promptly.
A lost or stolen radio may require separate action involving:
- Private-network suspension
- Shared-platform access
- Cellular SIM suspension
- Recurring billing
- Username or account security
- Replacement equipment
Canceling billing alone may not immediately restrict every type of radio access.
Provide:
- Radio model
- Radio IMEI
- Current username
- SIM ICCID
- Private-network name, when applicable
- Approximate date the radio was lost or stolen
- Services that should be suspended or canceled
Use Private Network Support, PRS, CRS & HamLink Support, and SIM Cards & Connectivity as appropriate.
Returned Radio With Active Service
When returning a radio, tell Talk2Me whether it has:
- Active Fusion SIM service
- Auto-renewal
- Private-network access
- PRS, CRS when available and assigned, or HamLink access
- Optional paid features
- Another recurring service
Returning the physical hardware does not automatically stop provider-managed billing.
Keep the return ticket and cancellation confirmation as separate records when both processes are required.
TikTok Shop Purchases
A TikTok Shop hardware return does not necessarily cancel a separate Talk2Me or Fusion subscription.
Review:
- TikTok Shop order
- Talk2Me support records
- Fusion renewal confirmation
- Cellular-service account
- Private-network service
- Platform memberships
TikTok Shop may control the marketplace hardware refund, while Talk2Me or another provider may manage the related service.
Contact the appropriate support channel or service provider for subscription cancellation.
A Renewal Charge Was Not Expected
Before reporting the charge, review:
- Original subscription confirmation
- Renewal email or text
- Prior Fusion payment
- Billing frequency
- Radio IMEI
- SIM ICCID
- Payment description
- Whether another family member or employee authorized the renewal
- Whether the service is associated with another radio
Submit SIM Cards & Connectivity or Orders, Billing & Account Help when the charge remains unclear.
Include:
- Transaction date
- Transaction amount
- Payment description
- Customer name
- Email address
- Last four digits of the payment card when needed
- Radio IMEI
- SIM ICCID
- Renewal order number, when available
Do not include the complete payment-card number.
Duplicate Renewal Charge
When two completed charges appear for the same service period:
- Confirm that both transactions are completed rather than pending.
- Compare the amounts and dates.
- Confirm whether more than one SIM was renewed.
- Review all renewal confirmations.
- Confirm whether two subscriptions were created.
- Submit the appropriate billing-support request.
Include screenshots with complete card numbers and other sensitive information covered.
Canceling automatic renewal does not reverse a completed charge
Turning off automatic renewal generally prevents the next charge. It does not automatically reverse a renewal that has already processed.
A completed charge must be reviewed separately under the applicable refund and service terms.
Do not submit repeated cancellation requests or multiple payment disputes while the billing review is open.
Subscription Refund Requests
A refund may be reviewed when:
- A duplicate completed charge occurred.
- The wrong SIM was renewed.
- The service was never activated.
- A billing error occurred.
- A charge continued after confirmed cancellation.
- The amount charged differed from the approved amount.
- Another exceptional circumstance requires review.
Approval is not guaranteed.
Activated or delivered services are generally non-refundable, and unused time is not normally prorated.
