The Talk2Me Support Center allows customers to submit support requests, review ticket updates, respond to Talk2Me agents, upload requested information, and access help articles.
Your Support Center account is separate from the customer account used on the Talk2Me online store and from the Private Network Platform Manager.
You may submit a support ticket without signing in first. When a request is submitted, Talk2Me may create a Support Center requester account using the email address entered on the ticket and send an activation message.

Access Platform Manager at manager.talk2me.us.
These systems are separate. Signing in to one does not automatically sign you in to the others, and the passwords may be different.
Submitting a Ticket Without Signing In
You may submit a support ticket without first signing in to the Support Center.
- Open the Talk2Me Support Center.
- Select Submit a Ticket.
- Choose the form that best matches the issue.
- Enter your email address accurately.
- Complete the requested information.
- Attach photographs or documents when applicable.

Talk2Me may create a Support Center requester account using the email address entered on the ticket.
You may receive an account-activation email after submitting the request.

- Create a secure password.
- Complete the account activation.

Activation Email Was Not Received
Check:
- Spam or junk folder
- Promotions folder
- Quarantined or filtered messages
- Other email addresses you may have used
- Company email-security systems
- Whether the email address was entered correctly
- Whether the mailbox is full
Search the inbox for terms such as:
- Talk2Me
- Support
- Ticket
- Account activation
- Freshdesk
- support@talk2meus.com
Allow several minutes for the message to arrive.
Do not repeatedly submit new tickets solely to obtain another activation message.
When the activation email still cannot be located, contact Talk2Me and provide:
- Your name
- Email address used on the ticket
- Ticket number, when available
- Approximate date the ticket was submitted
- Subject of the request
Do not include your email password.
Signing In
- Open the Talk2Me Support Center.
- Select Sign In.

- Select Sign In.
After signing in, you may be able to:

- Enter the email address associated with the Support Center account.
- Submit the request.
- Check your email for the reset message.
- Open the secure reset link.
- Create a new password.
- Return to the Support Center and sign in.
Check spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders when the reset message does not appear.
Do not share the password-reset link with another person.
Website Store Password or Platform Manager Password Does Not Work
Website store password does not work
The Talk2Me online-store customer account and Support Center account are separate.
A password that works at talk2meus.com may not work in the Support Center.
Use the password-reset option for the specific system you are trying to access.
Do not repeatedly change the store password when the problem involves the Support Center.
Platform Manager password does not work
The Private Network Platform Manager is also a separate system.
Authorized Platform Manager users should:
- Visit manager.talk2me.us.
- Select Company.
- Enter the company account and Platform Manager password.
Do not use the Support Center password unless you intentionally created the same password for both systems.
For security, use a unique password for each system.
Viewing Your Support Tickets
After signing in:
- Open the available ticket or request section.
- Select the ticket you want to review.
- Read the most recent response.
- Review the current ticket status.
- Reply when Talk2Me requests additional information.
- Upload photographs or documents when needed.
- Continue using the same ticket until the issue is resolved.
Understanding Ticket Statuses
Customer-facing ticket statuses may include:
- Request Received — the request has been submitted.
- Being Reviewed — Talk2Me is reviewing the request.
- Information Needed — Talk2Me is waiting for a customer response.
- Service Provider Review — a provider or partner-related review may be underway.
- Waiting for Your Equipment — authorized equipment has not yet been received.
- Device Under Inspection — the received equipment is being inspected or tested.
- Solution Provided — Talk2Me has provided a resolution or next step.
- Request Closed — the case has been completed or closed.
The wording displayed to customers may differ slightly from the internal support status.
Information Needed
When a ticket shows Information Needed, Talk2Me is waiting for a response.
The request may involve:
- Order number
- Radio model
- Radio IMEI
- SIM ICCID
- Username
- Private-network name
- Photographs or video
- Error message
- Shipping tracking
- Marketplace order information
- Troubleshooting results
Reply as soon as possible. A request may eventually be resolved or closed when Talk2Me does not receive a response.
Replying by Email
You may be able to respond to a support ticket by replying directly to the ticket-notification email.
When replying:
- Keep the existing subject line.
- Do not remove the ticket reference.
- Reply from the same email address.
- Include the requested information.
- Attach files directly when appropriate.
- Avoid starting a new email thread for the same issue.
Changing the subject line or sending a new message may create a separate ticket.
Check the Support Center after replying to confirm that the update appears.
Do Not Open Duplicate Tickets
Use the existing ticket when the issue involves the same:
- Order
- Radio
- SIM
- Private network
- Warranty claim
- Return
- Repair
- Refund
- TikTok Shop purchase
- Platform problem
Duplicate tickets may divide important information, route the case to different support groups, delay the response, create conflicting instructions, or make the case more difficult to track.
Reply to the original ticket with new information. Open a new ticket only when the request is unrelated or Talk2Me instructs you to do so.
Ticket Is Missing From Your Account
A ticket may not appear when:
- It was submitted using another email address.
- The email address contained a typing error.
- Another employee or family member submitted it.
- You are signed in to the wrong Support Center account.
- The request was submitted before the account was activated.
- A duplicate requester account exists.
- The ticket was created from an email sent by another address.
Try:
- Confirm the email address shown in the Support Center account.
- Check the original ticket-confirmation email.
- Sign out and sign in with the email used on the request.
- Search the inbox for the ticket number.
- Check other email accounts.
- Activate the requester account associated with the ticket.
When the ticket still cannot be located, contact Talk2Me and provide:
- Ticket number
- Name
- Email used to submit the request
- Current Support Center email
- Approximate submission date
- Ticket subject
Talk2Me may need to verify the requester before changing account information or associating the ticket with another email address.
Your Store Orders Do Not Appear in the Support Center
Direct Talk2Me website orders are viewed through the store customer account at talk2meus.com.
The Support Center does not serve as the primary online-store order history.
Use the store customer account to review:
- Order number
- Products purchased
- Payment or fulfillment status
- Available tracking information
- Customer profile
Use the Support Center when assistance is needed with the order.
TikTok Shop Orders
TikTok Shop purchases generally do not appear in the Talk2Me store customer account or Support Center as an online order history.
Review TikTok Shop orders through the TikTok Shop account used to place the purchase.
A Talk2Me support ticket may still be submitted for technical, warranty, SIM, or platform assistance. Include the TikTok Shop order number with the request.
Using the Same Email Address
When possible, use the same email address for:
- Talk2Me website purchases
- Talk2Me Support Center requests
- Customer contact information
Using the same email can make it easier to locate the applicable order and support history.
However, the accounts remain separate even when they use the same email address.
Businesses may choose to use a monitored company email rather than an individual employee’s address.
Changing Your Support Email Address
Contact Talk2Me when:
- The email address contains an error.
- An employee has left the company.
- The original mailbox is no longer available.
- A family member or administrator needs to assume responsibility.
- The account should use a company email.
- Tickets need to be associated with another authorized address.
Talk2Me may verify:
- Account ownership
- Order information
- Company or private-network authorization
- Existing ticket details
- Radio IMEI
- Customer identity
Do not create unnecessary duplicate accounts as a workaround.
Business and Shared Email Accounts
Businesses may use a shared or monitored email address for support requests, such as:
- support@
- operations@
- dispatch@
- office@
- manager@
Confirm that authorized staff can receive:
- Ticket notifications
- Activation messages
- Password-reset emails
- Warranty instructions
- Return updates
- SIM-renewal assistance
- Private-network communications
Protect access to shared mailboxes and remove former employees when appropriate.
Uploading Files
You may upload supporting files to a ticket when requested.
Examples include:
- Photographs of the radio display
- Photographs of shipping damage
- Videos showing a defect
- Screenshots of error messages
- Order confirmation
- TikTok Shop order screenshot
- Return tracking
- Packing slip
- Radio or SIM inventory list
Before uploading:
- Confirm that the file relates to the ticket.
- Cover complete payment-card details.
- Remove passwords.
- Avoid unnecessary sensitive personal information.
- Confirm that radio IMEIs and order numbers are readable.
- Use clear photographs.
Do not upload executable software or unrelated files.
Account Security
Use a unique password for the Support Center account.
Do not share:
- Support Center password
- Password-reset link
- Online-store password
- Platform Manager password
- TikTok password
- Wi-Fi password
- Complete payment-card information
- Card security code
Talk2Me Support may ask for:
- Customer name
- Email address
- Ticket number
- Order number
- Radio IMEI
- SIM ICCID
- Private-network name
- Shipping address
- Other information needed to verify the request
Talk2Me Support should not need your password. Never send a password, password-reset link, complete payment-card number, or card security code in a support ticket.
Unexpected Account or Ticket Activity
Contact Talk2Me when:
- A ticket appears that you did not submit.
- Account information changed unexpectedly.
- Another person appears to have accessed the account.
- A password-reset email was received without being requested.
- Tickets contain unfamiliar radio or order information.
- An unauthorized email address is associated with the account.
Change the Support Center password and the password for the associated email account when unauthorized access is suspected.
Immediate Emergencies
The Talk2Me Support Center is not an emergency-reporting service.
Support tickets are not monitored as 911 calls, do not connect to public-safety dispatch, and should not be used for immediate threats to life or safety. Use 911 or the appropriate local emergency authority through a telephone or another approved emergency method.
Getting Account Help
Submit an Orders, Billing & Account Help request when:
- The Support Center account cannot be activated.
- A password-reset email does not arrive.
- Tickets are missing.
- The account uses the wrong email address.
- Duplicate Support Center accounts may exist.
- You need help distinguishing the store account from the Support Center.
- You suspect unauthorized account access.
Include:
- Customer name
- Support Center email address
- Alternate email address, when applicable
- Ticket number
- Order number, when relevant
- Description of the account problem
- Screenshot of the error message
Never include your password.
